Legislative Session 2016 Report
The legislative session in 2016 was heavy in civil liberties. From legislators trying to allow the Bible to be used as a science class text to public defense reform finally gaining traction, the ACLU of Idaho was involved daily in constitutional issues at the Statehouse.
