There's a lot of uncertainty right now, but one thing we can say for certain is we will always defend the civil rights and liberties of all Idahoans. Due to COVID-19, there have been some changes to Idaho Gives this year. You and your friends and family have two full weeks to give this year. Instead of a one-day event, Idaho Gives starts today and won't end until Thursday, May 7.

In this critical time, we've expanded our existing work on voting rights to ensure every eligible person has access to safely vote in the upcoming elections. We've continued to advocate for the safety of our vulnerable loved ones in prisons, jails, and immigration detention centers, and we are fighting to ensure reproductive health care remains open and accessible to all who need it.
Further, we've just filed a lawsuit to challenge a new law that bars transgender students from competing in college or high school sports on the teams associated with their gender identity – even in the case of collegiate athletes who are eligible to compete under the NCAA's guidelines that have been in effect since 2011.
Now more than ever, we the people means all of us. Take a stand against injustice and join us in fighting for civil rights and liberties by making a tax-deductible donation to the ACLU of Idaho. Visit the ACLU of Idaho Idaho Gives page to donate between April 23 – May 7, and your gift will be doubled by matching gifts.
