2021 - HB 52 - Conversion Therapy Ban

The American Civil Liberties Union of Idaho supports HB 52, which would protect LGBT youth from “conversion therapy,” a range of dangerous and discredited practices that falsely claim to change a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity.
