Communications and Outreach Coordinator
Jess currently is serving as the Communications and Outreach Coordinator.Jess was born in a small community outside of Portland, Oregon where she lived until moving to attend school at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota. After discovering how strongly policy affects all people, Jess moved to Boise to pursue a graduate degree in Public Administration, which she finished in May of 2013. In her spare time, Jess enjoys hiking with her dog Louise, adventures in cooking, playing recreational soccer as well as seeking out humorous moments in all aspects of life.
