Jenna joined the ACLU of Idaho in January of 2023 as a legislative advocacy intern and has since transitioned into an Advocacy Fellowship. Currently, her work is focused on LGBTQ+ justice, voting rights, and community outreach and education. She is a tireless advocate for LGBTQ+ and transgender equity. Having been involved in direct mutual aid organizing in Boise for the past few years, Jenna has found a passion for fighting housing insecurity while working to increase community-led support of people who are food-insecure. Additionally, they have previously worked to expand equality for trans and non-binary athletes in sports through volunteer work with Share the Platform and Pull for Pride. Jenna lives in Boise with her two dogs and enjoys hanging out at the river, cooking, and most outdoor activities.
