McGriff v. McGriff - Assistance provided (request for amicus curiae status denied) to gay father seeking joint custody of his children.  While custody was not granted, the Idaho Supreme Court held that sexual orientation alone is not enough to deny custody.  ACLU of Idaho board member Elizabeth Brandt provided assistance on the case.
