At each location:
Greg Nojeim, Associate Director and Chief Legislative Counsel of the
American Civil Liberties Union’s Washington National Office, an expert on the
ACLU challenge to the National Security Administration’s warrantless
surveillance program and the fight to reform the USA PATRIOT Act,
will address:
Nojeim frequently testifies before congressional committees and the various
commissions Congress establishes. He has been instrumental in developing
ACLU’s responses to the anti-terrorism legislation and initiatives of the
Administration that have threatened civil liberties since the September 11
attacks.
Nojeim started at the ACLU in 1995 and has been since responsible for
analyzing the civil liberties implications of federal legislation relating to terrorism,
national security, immigration and informational privacy.
Nojeim coordinates the ACLU’s legislative strategies, supervises its lobbyists,
and helps to develop the ACLU position and message on pending legislation.
Prior to assuming his position with the ACLU, Nojeim was for four years the
Director of Legal Services of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee
(ADC).

The ACLU of Idaho works to defend liberty throughout our state. We are involved in litigation and advocacy on behalf of individuals, and we lobby on scores of bills in the state legislature and local councils. In addition, the ACLU is active in many public education and community organizing projects.
The ACLU of Idaho is located in Boise. We implement legal, legislative, public education programs in conjunction with large numbers of volunteers to advance the ACLU's goals of liberty and justice for all.
A statewide Board of Directors sets policy, raises funds, andprovides legal and fiduciary oversight.
